Course fees and accommodation
Payment of course fees must be made by bank transfer once you have received the official confirmation that your registration is confirmed.

Thanks to the generous support of JUAS sponsors, students from JUAS Partner Universities benefit from preferential conditions. These may vary from one university to another depending on the nature of the partnership agreement with JUAS.
CERN technical (master’s degree) and doctoral (PhD) students enjoy a 30% reduction on standard tuition fees.

Contact us if you are interested in attending “à la carte” (60 EUR per half-day, based on the professional rate and it is calculated individually depending on your selected sessions and visits).
* Tuition includes all classes, seminars, lab sessions, visits, social and networking events (with JUAS alumni, collaborating institutions etc).
**Participants will be accommodated in a newly built residence ECLA offering private rooms with private shower and toilet. Kitchens are shared between 2–3 residents, with individual shelves and personal refrigerators provided for each. The residence also features additional shared kitchens, coworking spaces, a gym, and other modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and productive stay. The residence is located in the Technopole ArchParc, about 500 meters from ESI (where JUAS will take place), within easy walking distance.
Participants are free to make their own arrangements for accommodation (to be specified on the application form).
