Dr Thomas Thuillier is graduated from the "Ecole Nationale Superieure de Physique de Grenoble" in 1995. After a PhD in the field of astroparticles at University Grenoble Alpes, he has joined the Ion Source group at Laboratoire de Physique Subatomique et de Cosmologie de Grenoble (LPSC) in 2000. His main field of expertise are the design and the experimental operation of electron cyclotron resonance ion sources. He worked for one year (2012-2013) at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as a visiting researcher at the 88" cyclotron facility.
He is presently deputy leader of the Accelerator and Ion Source Pole at LPSC and coordinator of the "stable ion" master project for the French National Institute for Nuclear and Particle Physics(IN2P3).
